PSK31 using WinPsk 2.0 program which allows you to monitor two QSOs at the same time in a split screen.
The first QSO on PSK31 Mode from the National Hurricane Center was with W0DRO, Del from Texas on June 2, 2001 at 16:17z on 14.070 MHz.
