prior to the start of the 1995 Hurricane Season as Dr. Sheets
retired from NHC.
The Amateur Radio Volunteer Operators and the ARPSC, (Amateur
Radio Public Service Corps)
Presented Dr. Sheets with a crystal plaque for his many years of
enthusiastic support of the
Amateur Radio operations at NHC.
